Our organizational subscription packages offer a unique opportunity to all school professionals. If you are a Certificated or Classified Management Leader (i.e., Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Site Administrators, Directors), CALSA aims to collaborate with you and your network on leadership development, advocacy, and efficacy for optimal reach.

The California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators (CALSA) is a community of diverse educational leaders skilled in addressing the needs of our California students, which are comprised of 54% Latino/a students, 20% English Language Learners and 62% students living on low income. CALSA is dedicated to increasing the number of highly effective administrators with corazón to advocate for the needs our California students. CALSA is committed to growing leaders and improving student outcomes.
Who is eligible for Membership:
The Association’s membership is open to any Superintendent; Associate membership is inclusive of School Administrators, Aspiring Administrators, Retirees, and Higher Education Educators.
To become a member of CALSA and be part of a strong, professional organization, be sure to send in your application early. The membership is annual from the day you start and automatic if a credit card is used.

As a CALSA member you are guaranteed membership in the largest and most influential Latina/Latino Superintendent and Administrator Organization in California. CALSA’s formal alliances with the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) and the National Association of Latina/Latino Administrators and Superintendents (ALAS) ensure a stronger efficacy and leadership voice.

Method of Payment
District Payment: Some districts are budgeted to pay all or part of an administrators dues. Check with your business department, and follow your district’s procedures. Send your application to your business office which must, in turn, send it to CALSA with your P.O. or payment.
Enclosed Payment: Pay in full by check and send it to the CALSA office.
Credit cards: Membership can be paid with credit or debit card via the membership portal.
